Further Education in IT Security
In the field of IT security CASED uses the collective expertise of TU Darmstadt, Fraunhofer SIT and Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences in order to offer higher education of excellent quality.
IT security trainings are organized by CASED in cooperation with the CAST-Forum. The following training courses are available:
Hacker Contest - learning IT Security in a hands-on manner
CASED offers in cooperation with encomit UG the multi-day workshop „Hacker Contest“ (in german language only). The workshop enables participants to experience the attackers' view in order to develop efficient defense strategies.

Certificate of IT Security for employees
The Certificate of IT Security is intended for users, who wish to improve their skills in that particular subject.
In lectures participants get a theoretical background supplemented by practical exercises. In workshops organized by the CAST-Forum applicable practices of various IT security topics are taught according to current developments.

Tutorials
CASED tutorials cover basic as well as advanced IT security issues. Special attention is paid to sound training material and practical exercises which allow to practice and thus to solidify the knowledge attained.

CAST Forum
CASED cooperates closely with the CAST-Forum. CASED supports the CAST-Forum in connection with preparation and execution of workshops on current IT security issues.
